Good evening!
The trip to Twycross Zoo is finally happening!
Just a few reminders to make the morning run as smoothly as possible;
* Doors will open at 8:40
* Regardless of whether you are driving yourself or going on the school coach, you must bring your child to school first to get their mark.
* Take your child into school, drop them in the classroom, those that are driving wait outside in usual pick up spot, and staff will bring out to you as soon as the register is finished. Those that are coming with us come into school with your child, but please where possible ask your child to sit on the carpet so that the teacher can do the risk assessment briefing with them.
*Y3 children come to the back hall door, I’ll let you in.
* If you have more than one child at our school (NOT THE Y3 children) take both children to the oldest child’s classroom.
* Once everybody registered we will let you go up to the coaches. There will be 2 double decker buses. They will have a number in the window, it does not matter which one you get on, however take a note of the number, you will need to sit on the same coach on the way back so we can check everybody is back on the coach who should be.
* If things change and you don’t need the coach back, let the coach staff know.

Make sure your child tries to go to the toilet if they are coming on the coach with us!
