⚽️🔥 KEEPER GOES THE RIGHT WAY… BUT IT STILL FINDS THE NET!

A cracking finish from one of our players at SR Football Development! 👏

Goalkeeper gets across, but there’s no stopping that one! 🔥

⚽️ SOMETIMES YOU’VE GOT TO SHOW IT, NOT JUST SAY IT.

This is such a simple coaching moment, but an important one.

Demonstrate it. Let the player see exactly what you’re asking for. Then give them the opportunity to go and try it themselves.

Good coaching isn’t about constantly shouting instructions from the side — sometimes the best thing you can do is show them, step back and let them learn. 👏⚽️

That’s what development is all about at SR 🔥⚽️

⚽️🔥 JUST WATCH THE FINISH…

No coaching explanation needed for this one.
No overthinking it.

Just a seriously good finish. 👏⚽️

⚽️🏆 FRIDAY NIGHT → MATCH DAY

This is exactly what we love hearing from our parents.

Jack went into his game after Friday night’s SR session, took what he’d been working on into the match and came away with a hat-trick AND Man of the Match. 👏

All three goals from outside the area too — including a left-foot curler into the top corner! 🔥⚽️

That’s the bit that matters to us. Not just being able to do something in a session, but having the confidence to take it into a game and use it.

Brilliant Jack. Keep it going mate! 👏🔥

Big night of 1-2-1s tonight… but first, the BIG BOSS needed his own session 😂⚽️

Coach Tom putting Coach Ste through his paces before the players arrived 👀

“I’m only demonstrating it, Tom…” 🤣

UEFA A Licence or not… nobody escapes the warm-up at SR 😂

⚽️ One question for the football parents…

What’s the ONE thing your child talks about most after football?

⚽️ The goal they scored
🅰️ The assist they made
🧤 The save they pulled off
😂 Something completely random that happened

We reckon we know which one will win… 😂👇

⚽️ A simple one they can practise at home.

You don’t need loads of equipment or a massive garden — 4 cones, 2 footballs and a little bit of space.

Great for working on quick feet, control and changing direction.

Give this one a go and let us know how they get on 👇

MONDAY DAYTIMES HAVE JUST OPENED UP AT SR. 👀⚽️

We’ve had more and more enquiries from home-educated families looking for football opportunities during the day.

So we’ve done something about it.

Monday mornings, Coach Tom will now be available specifically for home-educated players — and families can choose what works for them.

⚽️ Individual 1-2-1s
⚽️ Train with a sibling or friend
⚽️ Get a small group together

Tom is already one of our busiest 1-2-1 coaches, so opening up his Monday daytime diary gives us the chance to work with a completely new group of players.

Mondays from 10am onwards.

Everything else you need is on the poster. 👆

DM us for more information! ⚽️

THINK WE BROUGHT ENOUGH FOOTBALLS? 😂⚽️

One thing you’ll never be short of at an SR session…

MONDAY MORNING… AND SR IS BACK THROUGH THE SCHOOL GATES. ⚽️🏫

A new week starts today — and before most people have finished their first coffee, our coaches are already heading into schools. 😂

Across the week, the SR team will be delivering:

⚽️ Breakfast Clubs
⚽️ PPA Cover
⚽️ Lunchtime Football
⚽️ After School Clubs
⚽️ In-School Coaching
⚽️ Nursery Sessions

Different schools. Different year groups. Different types of sessions.

And that’s one of the biggest parts of SR that people probably don’t see when they only catch us on the pitches at Christleton.

Our coaches are in schools throughout Chester, Cheshire & North Wales every single week.

Right then coaches… new week, off we go. 💪🔥⚽️
