Children are happiest and healthiest within the fresh air of our extensive natural environments, where they are free to connect to nature and to take risks, developing their resilience, self-belief and character. Forest school sessions are run in our on-site woodlands as part of daily life and we are proud to be one of a minority of UK settings to be accredited by the Forest School Association (FSA). The spectacular surroundings of our two sites at Ashton Hayes, near Chester and Frodsham are unrivalled, providing substantial natural space where our children thrive.

This week, we’ve held full staff meetings at both of our sites! 🌟

We were delighted to hear from three of our experts: Heather, our Outdoor Learning Co-ordinator; Jane, our SENDCO; and Beth, our Development Mentor.

It was an invaluable experience to come together as a whole team, share ideas, learn from one another and continue to strengthen our practice across both sites.

A huge thank you to Heather, Jane and Beth for sharing their expertise and helping to make the sessions so valuable! 💚
