🍂 Sling Library in October 🍂

📍TARVIN Community Centre Wednesday 7th & 21st

🤎 15 or 30 minute slots to get specialist tailored support with your own slings & carriers, or try before you buy and hire from the sling library. 15 mins is enough to focus on one carrier option, while 30 mins can offer 2-3 options 😊

📍Congleton Family Hub: we also hold sling library alongside the Cherubs breastfeeding support groups on selected Mondays. These are drop-in events but booking a 15 min slot does help us to prepare and ensure we have time to help you 🥰

💌 Please book to secure your slot at Chester sling library’s website 🥰

The Sling Library is back for September! 🍂

After our summer break, I’m really looking forward to getting back to helping local families feel comfortable and confident carrying their babies.

This month you’ll find me offering babywearing support in Tarvin and Congleton, whether you’d like help with a carrier you already own, want to hire something to try at home, or would like to explore different carriers before deciding what works for you and your baby.

🍂 Tarvin Community Centre
Wednesday 16th September, 11am–2pm
Wednesday 30th September, 11am–2pm

🍂 Congleton Cherubs
Monday 21st September, 10-11.30am

Sling library appointments often fill up in advance, so if you’re hoping to come along, I’d recommend booking your slot early. 🤎

Appointments can be booked at chesterslinglibrary.co.uk

☀️After Friday’s Tarvin session (and Monday’s Congleton session), I’ll be taking a break from regular sling library events over the summer while I focus on keeping my little ones happy, and preparing to launch Pregnancy Yoga in September.🧘‍♀️🤰

☀️Sling hire and support will still be available throughout summer, and I’ll be back with regular events in September.☀️

📣 Excited to launch 2 new venues this month! 📣

❤️These events are just like our Mickle Trafford sling library events, with pre-booked individual slots so we can tailor the support to your family’s needs.
❤️Bring your own carriers for reassurance fit checks, or hire from the huge selection we have in the Sling Library.
❤️Book your slot ASAP! And DM if you have any questions 🥰

A little behind the scenes peek of a typical day when I’m not with clients! This is what Chester Sling Library tends to look like on an admin day 😅 Self-employed mum life looks like working alongside mountains of endless laundry, toddler bits and bobs, and self-motivating artwork. The juggle is real! We are all just mums doing our best to balance it all 😄

I wanted to share a little update, as things have been a little quieter here recently 🤍

The past few weeks have been quite challenging on a personal level, and I’ve needed to take a step back to focus on my family and my own capacity.

If you’ve been waiting on a reply, booking, or support, thank you so much for your patience. I’m really aware that I haven’t been as responsive as I usually aim to be, and I truly appreciate your understanding.

Chester Sling Library is still here and running, and I care deeply about supporting you and your little ones safely and confidently. I’m just moving at a slightly slower pace for now, so responses and availability may take a little longer than usual.

Thank you for your kindness and patience 🤍
