This week Chef Live makes its London debut, I'll be hosting and talking to 10 talented Chefs on stage over two days including Tom Aikens, Cherish Finden, James Golding and my old running mate Cyrus Todiwala.

⬆ However, I'm still doing what I call my GROWN 🆙Chef stuff and as the Chef Ambassador for Cheshire College - South & West this week I've been in to spend time with both the new and returning learners.

🧳I share my personal and professional journey with them and took them through their first professional kitchen experience teaching them basic knife skills. It was immense watching them 👏

We’re back! A big thank-you to our Chef ambassador Brian Mellor and good friend Adie Munt for talking to our learners during welcome week, setting the tone for another delicious year of learning. We can’t wait to get the stoves lit 🔥 the glasses polished 🍷the deli stocked 🧀 and the dining room set, ready to welcome you back to Academy West!

This week we'll see the younger ones start/return to schools and colleges...and it got me wondering about your school food memories? So I popped it in my blog.
