Congratulations to third year student, Amy Bradley, who is this year's recipient of the TRS Hollybank Prize for Academic Excellence. Amy joined TRSChester in her 40s and has balanced volunteer work and personal commitments througout her degree.

Dr Ben Fulford, Associate Professor of Christian Theology has played a leading role in the production of a landmark Church of England document addressing the climate and environmental crises.
Ben chaired a working group of the Church of England's Faith and Order Commission which produced 'Hope for All Creation', a major new teaching document approved by the House of Bishops, and presented this to the Church of England's General Synod in July.

'Hope for All Creation' offers a Christian understanding of the climate and environmental crises, informed by current scientific knowledge and rooted in Christian thought. It presents care for the environment as an integral part of Christianity and encourages collaboration with wider society to address global challenges.

Dr Ben Fulford, Assoc. Prof. of Christian Theology has chaired the Church of England's working group that this week published its theological response to the environmental crises.

'Hope for All Creation' is a teaching document of the Church's House of Bishops, which sets out their understanding of present climate and ecoological situation and how the Church's faith speaks to it.
