We had the last class of the year on Thursday, sad year with the loss of Si Fu Paul Roscoe , but his legacy carries on and we'll be back online 5/1/26 and in the The Cheshire County Sports Club on 8/1/26. We're open to new starters with free trial lessons in January too. Thanks to all the club members this year, you all progressed so much and more to come in 26. Happy Christmas 🎄

When you practice kicks so often your clothes have muscle memory!

It's with heavy heart that we announce Si Fu Paul Roscoe has passed away. Paul founded the martial art system we practice at Flowing Spirit and was running classes in Birkenhead, Ellesmere Port and Chester before scaling down and retiring. Thoughts are with his family and friends at this time. Thanks for everything you taught us over the years Si Fu, rest in peace.
