Yesterday we said a very special goodbye to our wonderful Manager, Amy, as she heads off to start an exciting new chapter. 🥹💐

Amy has been such an important part of our nursery family, and her dedication, kindness, support and passion for the children and the team will be hugely missed.

Although we’re sad to see you go, we’re incredibly excited for you and wish you every success in your new adventure! 🌟

What a wonderful way to celebrate our Preschool Graduation! 🎓🌿
A huge thank you to our amazing team for creating such a fun-filled day, with fantastic activities set up in our Forest School for all the children and families to enjoy. We were also delighted to welcome Curious Critters, who gave everyone the chance to meet some incredible animals – a real highlight of the day! 🦉🐍🐢
We are so proud of each and every one of our preschool children. Watching you grow in confidence, make friendships and learn new skills has been a privilege.
To all our children moving on to big school, we wish you the very best of luck in your next adventure. Keep being curious, kind and brave – we know you'll all do amazing things! 🌟

Inspired by conversations about recent family trips to the beach during the warm weather, our younger toddlers enjoyed exploring a beach-themed sensory activity today. 🌊☀️
The children were fascinated by the shiny treasures, shells and natural materials, spending time investigating textures, making discoveries and sharing their own experiences. ✨🐚
This hands-on activity encouraged curiosity, communication and sensory exploration, while helping the children connect their learning to real-life experiences and the world around them.

Today we say a huge thank you to Lin, our wonderful Forest School Practitioner, as she retires after an incredible 35 years with us. 🌿

Over the years, Lin has inspired generations of children through outdoor adventures, muddy puddles, woodland discoveries and endless care and kindness. Her passion for nature and dedication to the children has made such a lasting impact on so many families and staff alike.

We are so grateful for everything she has brought to our setting over the past 35 years and she will be greatly missed by everyone here.

Today the children enjoyed a lovely outdoor experience around the fire pit, safely toasting marshmallows and learning about fire safety, turn-taking, and enjoying nature together. 🔥🍡☀️

There were lots of smiles, excitement, and sticky fingers as everyone gathered around the fire to enjoy a special treat and spend time together outdoors in the sunshine.

Outdoor experiences like these help build confidence, communication, and wonderful memories with friends.
