"Attending the revive and thrive retreat was exactly what I needed. As someone who runs my own business, I’m on my phone a lot for work, but I also find myself doom-scrolling far more than I’d like. Being at the retreat gave me permission to completely switch off. I put my phone away and, for the first time in a long time, I genuinely didn’t think about it. I wasn’t checking notifications, worrying about messages, or even thinking about the time. It felt incredibly freeing and peaceful.

One of the biggest things I’ve taken away from the experience is a renewed commitment to being more intentional with my phone use. Since coming home, I’ve been making a conscious effort to put my phone away once my work is done and be more present in everyday life.

I also found the gut health talk from Ally incredibly inspiring. It encouraged me to think differently about how I nourish my body and reminded me of the importance of giving myself the nutrients and care I need to feel my best. It’s motivated me to make positive changes that I can carry forward long after the retreat.

What a beautiful retreat weekend this year's Revive and Thrive Retreat was 🙏😊

We may have had all the seasons in one weekend, but we embraced the weather and made the most of the sun when it arrived 😅

The revelisations, the laughter, the tears, transofrmarions and the connections made were so beautiful and powerful 🥰

I am so grateful to each and everyone one of the amazing ladies who attended and made this weekend so special, you are all incredible 😘

✨ WHY I Created Revive & Thrive Retreat ✨

Many years ago, I felt like I was just surviving and 'getting through' life rather than actually LIVING it 🤨

and deep down, I just knew that there had to MORE than that 🤗

I was tired of feeling like I was living for everyone else, except myself and doing all the things we as women feel we 'should' be doing....

- be a good wife/partner/sister/mother etc.

❌ But none of those labels were actually just ME ❌

After the breakdown of a toxic relationship, I had a revelisation😇

I started to realise I had lost who I was and felt like I had no direction or purpose in life 😩

Because I had been so focused on meeting what I thought others excpected of me:

Keeping myself small, staying quiet, being 'polite' basically just trying to blend into the crowd so that no one noticed me..

I realsied what I was really doing was trying to avoid:

❌conflict
❌rejection
❌judgement

because who wants to feel any of those things? 🤷‍♀️

So, after years of doing the inner work and becoming the person I am today (and I am still on the healing journey)

But what I have learnt is that women need other women 👯

We need safe spaces to BE who we were meant to be 🧘‍♂️

❌ Not what 'they' say we 'should' be doing ❌

Without shame, judgement or the 'shoulds'

If you have been doing all the things or if you relate to feeling like you are keeping yourself small then this retreat is for you

You may feel the call for life to not only look different, but to FEEL different 🥰

and that my love, is exactly why I created Revive & Thrive Retreat 😍

It is an invitation for you to step away from your day to day 🙌

Giving you the time, space + freedom you NEED to redisicover that incredible WOMAN that is within you 😍

She may have got lost in the noise and weght of others' expectations, or societal pressure to be someone else, and that is ok.

I have been there too, and it doesn't need to stay that way 🥳

This retreat is everything I once needed:
