At Imagine, we follow the Montessori philosophy.

Children will also enjoy yoga and mindfulness, dancing and movement, and they will grow in a bilingual environment (Spanish/English).

🔎 Pequeños exploradores 🐌✨

There is so much wonder hiding right underneath our feet, and today, the children found it.

Outside, in the quiet of the garden, tiny hands reached down and discovered something extraordinary: caracoles. Snails moving slowly, gently, purposefully. And the children? They watched. They wondered. They asked questions with their eyes before they even found the words.

This is what outdoor exploration looks like at Imagine. Not a scheduled lesson. Not a worksheet with the “right” answer.

Just children following their curiosity into the world ☺️ and the world welcoming them back with something beautiful.

Sticky fingers, curious eyes, and the sweetest kind of learning 🍯🤭

Our babies discovered honey today 🐻🫶🏽 touching it, smelling it, watching it drip slowly from the comb. No rush. No right answer. Just pure, sensory wonder.

This is what Montessori looks like in the earliest years. We offer the material, step back, and let little hands lead the way.

✨ What’s happening in this moment:

🌱 Fine motor development as tiny fingers explore texture and resistance

🧠 Sensory integration: smell, touch, sight, and even taste all working together

💛 Vocabulary growing naturally in English and Spanish as we talk about bees, flowers, and where honey comes from

🤲 Concentration and focus building through open-ended, unhurried exploration

🌿 A deep sense of trust: that the world is safe, beautiful, and full of things worth discovering

Honeybees are one of nature’s greatest teachers. And today, the babies were their very best students 🐝

This is childhood as it was meant to be 😍 slow, sweet, and full of wonder.

10 things we loved about this week 🏠🌈

Splashing at the pool, painting with little hands, meeting butterflies up close, moving through yoga, and so much more in between 🩵 this is what childhood looks like when it’s allowed to breathe.

No rushing. No ticking boxes.

This is what we mean when we say Imagine is a home 🏠✨

Every activity you see here is so much more than it looks:
🌊 The pool: water play builds sensory awareness, coordination, and pure, joyful confidence

🎨 Painting: self-expression, fine motor control, and the freedom to create without judgment

🦋 Butterflies: wonder, patience, and a deepening connection to the living world around them

🧘 Yoga: breath, body awareness, and emotional regulation woven naturally into the day

And all of it, every single moment, happening bilingually 😌in English y en español, because language is a gift we give them every day 💛

If you’re looking for a place where your child is truly known, where Thursdays look like this, we’d love to meet your little one 🫶🏽

We don’t rush childhood here. 🌿

There are no gold stars for sitting still the longest. No pressure to read before they’re ready. No race to the next milestone.

Just children, moving at their own pace, discovering who they are — one morning, one activity, one wonder at a time.

That’s the Montessori way. And it’s the Imagine way. 💛

“You’re so smart. You’re so talented. You’re amazing at everything.”

We think we’re building confidence. The research says we might be doing the opposite 🤍

Every summer, the garden becomes the best classroom we have ☀️☁️

Vivi (our founder) shares what this season means to her, in her own words and her own language. Because some things are best said exactly the way you feel them.

Barefoot children. Open space. No rush, no pressure. Just childhood, exactly as it should be.

This is the heart of what we do at Imagine 🏠

They came to us as babies. They leave as little people who know exactly who they are 🎓🥹

Graduation day at Imagine is not just a celebration, it’s a moment we hold with so much love and so much pride. Not for the certificates or the caps. But for everything we watched unfold quietly, patiently, beautifully over the years.

The first time they poured their own water. The morning they asked a question in Spanish without even thinking about it. The day they helped a younger friend and didn’t need anyone to tell them to.

That’s what we celebrate. The becoming ✨

To our graduates and their families: thank you for trusting us with something so precious. Watching your children grow inside these walls has been one of the greatest honours of our lives.

The world is ready for you, little ones. And you are more than ready for it 🫶🏽

If your child says “I’m bored” and you panic a little, this one’s for you.

We’ve been taught that a stimulated child is a good thing. But the research is asking us to slow down and reconsider.

Dr Stuart Brown spent decades studying play and creativity, and what he found was this: the most resilient, imaginative adults he interviewed all had one thing in common. Long stretches of unstructured time as children. Boredom included.

Because when a child is bored, their brain doesn’t switch off. It shifts into a state where daydreaming happens, where creativity is born, where they start asking “what if?”

A child who knows how to sit with that uncomfortable feeling, and come out the other side with an idea, has a skill that will serve them for life.

At Imagine, we protect that space intentionally. Children have long periods of uninterrupted time to choose meaningful activities and follow their own curiosity. Some of the most focused, purposeful work we see starts after a moment of wandering.

Episode 4 is up. Come watch.

Before children can be kind to others, they need to learn to be kind to themselves 💛

At Imagine, we call this positive self-talk, and it’s one of the most important things we do.

Every parenting account online will tell you screens are the enemy. The research is... more complicated than that. 🤍

Episode 3. I’m Maria. Imagine’s SMM. Not an expert. Just someone who went down another rabbit hole 👀
