Creating a dream life is like piecing together a puzzle, you can try many pieces, sometimes you get the wrong, sometimes nearly right, sometimes you get the perfect piece. Its through trial and error, through learning, experience and hard work. One day the pieces will fit into place perfect.

What are your daily rituals? Do they motivate you? How do they serve you?

These can be good, indifferent and bad rituals. Is there anything we would change?

A good example would be - when I wake up I drink 2 cups of coffee and know the impact and how the coffee is not good for me. However I drink my coffee anyhow and I they feel awake.

If you could wave a magic wand on your daily rituals, what would you change? What that serve you better? What works for you that would remain? What would motivate you?

Life was a carefree mix of pretend and real life, and there wasn’t a whole lot of difference between the two. One felt just as real as the other: just as exciting, or scary, or mysterious…
Little kids spend a lot of time in theta. Not only are kids highly imaginative, but the thera brainwaves are the same slow cycle brainwaves that are linked to deep meditation.

I love little facts of science that twinkle a bit of light onto the world of daydreams and imagination, the next time you find yourself daydreaming try and enjoy the slower pace for a while 💖

The little things in life are the best things in life. Sometimes we can be so busy we lose sight of the pathways for the leaves that have fallen.
I am going to be a little quiet this week, while I get back to the basics. Its been a busy old few weeks here, time to recoup, rest and enjoy the simple things for a few days. I will be coming back with courses, content and new product launches in the following weeks ❤
