Please SHARE 🌟 We’re looking for a permanent Support Worker to join our ISL team in Consett! 🌟
This is a lovely opportunity to join a skilled and supportive team helping a 19-year-old young man with autism and complex needs thrive within his own home. He has been settling in amazingly, building trust and making meaningful progress—we’re looking for the right person to continue that journey with him. 🩷
You’ll need to be confident, compassionate, resilient and able to remain calm during challenging moments. Experience with autism and complex behaviours is welcomed, but your values, reliability and ability to build a genuine relationship are just as important.
✨ Permanent contracted position
✨ £14.00 per hour
✨ 34.5-hour shift including one sleep-in each week

PLEASE SHARE🌟 Easton Care Short Breaks are coming to Darlington—and we’re looking for lovely people to join our team! 🌟
We support SEN children of all ages, helping them enjoy fun activities, new experiences and meaningful time within their community. 🩷
The right person will be kind, patient, reliable and full of energy, with a genuine passion for making children feel safe, included and valued. Experience is welcomed but not essential as full training is provided we care most about finding warm, trustworthy people who share our family values.
Weekend and school-holiday work available, with pay from £13.50–£14.68 per hour. Friends are also very welcome to apply and work together! ✨

We currently have TWO CONTRACTED VACANCIES within our Alternative Provision team, supporting a young person to enjoy meaningful, purposeful and community-based activities that build confidence, independence, life skills and positive relationships.

You’ll be part of a supportive team focused on creating safe, structured and encouraging opportunities where the young person can develop new skills, experience success and enjoy being part of their community.

Our Short Breaks services support children and young people with additional needs to access safe, fun, and meaningful experiences within the community and Family Hubs. We are looking for people who are passionate about making a difference, whether that’s through play, community activities, sensory support, or simply helping children build confidence and friendships. Flexible working hours are available across evenings, weekends, and school holidays, making the role ideal for those looking for rewarding work that fits around other commitments.
