To all of our lovely families,

We are excited to welcome children back to school tomorrow and cannot wait to see you all. We hope you have enjoyed the holidays. Below is a little bit of information of how the drop off and pick up will work from tomorrow. 💜

Our school gates will open by 8.30am
Classroom doors will open at 8.35am and shut promptly at 8.40am.

Anyone arriving to school when the classroom door has been shut will need to go to the office.
Gates will be closed promptly at 8.45am to ensure all children's safety.

Gates will reopen at 3.00pm and will close at 3.20pm to ensure safeguarding of our children who remain on site with us at clubs.

From Monday our wonderful new Reception children will come through the top gate (Reception entrance) into the playground where staff will open the doors to welcome you at 8.35am.

Please can we ask that children do not use equipment or activities that are set up and that they remain with you until they leave to go through the classroom door. There are times where staff will have needed to set up provision before school opens and we would not want this to have changed before the teaching session begins.

Please remember scooters and bikes to be left by the fence before entering the playground. Dogs are not permitted on school grounds. We also ask that mobile phones are away on our school grounds unless there is an emergency.

The Senior Leadership team plan to be around in the playgrounds before and after school every day (depending on individual teaching commitments!) so please do say hello and ask any questions you may need to ask:

Executive Headteacher:
Mrs James

Deputy Headteachers:
Miss Bilton and Mrs Spence

Early Years Lead:
Mrs Aitken

SENDCO:
Miss Everett

The staff are excited to welcome children back into Pre-school and school on Thursday 3rd September.

Helpful Information and updates:
Gates will open at 8.30am and 3.00pm ⏰
Gates will close promptly at 8.45am and 3.20pm
If you are running late, please go straight to the school office where one of the admin team can get your child signed in. 🖊️

From day one your child will need:
A book bag - please can we remind you that children should not bring in big rucksacks as we do not have the peg space. 💼

A clearly named water bottle💧

A coat every day - the weather can be so unpredictable and we like to get outside as often as we can ☀️

Named hat if it is warm weather 🧢

Wellies for forest school can be put on the racks outside your child's classroom - we would love it if rheee could also be named! 🥾

Staff will be at the classroom doors and in the playground if you need any further help.

We can't wait to see you all 💜💜
