Little Explorers is a community based, not for profit playgroup situated in the Pavilion on Prestbury Playing field in the heart of Prestbury village. Our experienced, friendly and dedicated staff run Little Explorers with enthusiasm working closely with parents to ensure all our children are happy, settled and enjoy every day they’re with us.

“Parents speak highly of the quality of the care and education their children receive and the approachability of the staff.” Ofsted inspection – Feb 2009

We pride ourselves in providing our children with opportunities to play and learn in a fun, safe, vibrant and exciting environment offering a variety of activities and equipment. We encourage them to discover, explore and investigate; question, invent and construct; climb, run, dance and navigate their space; dig, plant, grow and cook; share stories, dreams, ideas, laughter and affection and above all, to have fun.

“She has gained so much, from her communication and confidence, to her mobility and explorative skills, but most importantly friendships and a wonderful environment in which to play.” Previous parent
