I love being involved with all children’s play and like to step back at the right time letting and help them take there own learning to the next steps and challenges, with the guidance and support of knowing a caring adult is close at hand. I have recently moved to SN2 I have two pets, and i am a non-smoker. All toys and equipment are of British standard all paperwork and training is up to date. I plan my week to the child's interest. board games, educational toys, books, puzzle, cooking, puppet theatres, dress up, role play, as you can imagine 28 years of childcare you accumulate a lot of toys and equipment too much to list here. i love arts and craft, messy play and my favourite all time messy play would be rainbow painting glup. paint twister and spider play doh. My goals are for all parents to be happy and confident in leaving their children with me to develop a good working relationship where parents views and concern are listened too. For all children to have a fab time and not want to have to wait till tomorrow to come back. I endeavour to have a promising relationship with all parent in the interest of their children, one in which all parents feel confident in approaching me for any matter at hand. I provide a profession, secure, safe, caring, stable, fun loving and friendly home from home for every child, I adapt to all family’s needs and I hope this is portrayed in my day to day work with existing children and parents. I value and respect every parent’s beliefs and values so therefore I understand it is of paramount importance to help your children grow and learn in our traditions and to teach your children the same values that you would want your children taught. With all this in mind every child has their very own confidential file on their progress of development and achievement. This is shared with parents and nursery workers which enables parent/ nursery and i to work closely together to provide every child the best learning opportunities available to every child. some of my best qualities so i been told is that i am very open and honest, never shy away from a challenge, easy to approach with any problems, flexible enough to understand that changes happen that i adapt to suit the parents and their children’s needs. I am always there for the children to have a full fun packed day. If you invite me to the pub as other parents do you will also get to see the other side of me having fun.
