The Ireland Haidong Gumdo® Association is pleased to announce its Ireland National Seminar, taking place over two days at Kilcock Community Centre, Co. Kildare.

🗓 Saturday 26 September 2026
• 13:00–15:00 – Open session for everyone
• 15:00–18:00 – Registered Haidong Gumdo students

🗓 Sunday 27 September 2026
• 10:00–14:00 – Registered Haidong Gumdo students

The seminar will be led by Master Harry Limer, National Leader of the Ireland and UK Haidong Gumdo Associations.

A fantastic couple of days learning at Hwang Yong Dojang. 👊🥋

Members of the UKHGA were privileged to train under EUHGA Technical Director, Master Chul Kyung Lee, during an excellent Haidong Gumdo training session.

Throughout the day, Master Lee shared his extensive knowledge and experience, covering everything from fundamentals and body mechanics to technical application, partner work and sword handling. The attention to detail and individual guidance provided valuable learning opportunities for practitioners of all grades.

The day also included a special moment as Ben Sampson of Cheong Yong Dojang received his Jingum from Master Lee. Congratulations, Ben, on this well-deserved milestone.

A sincere thank you to Master Lee for his continued support of the UKHGA and for another inspiring day of training.

An outstanding achievement and a fantastic representation of both the UKHGA and the United Kingdom on the international stage.
