🕵️‍♂️Hunt the houseparent 🕵️‍♀️

Today the children took to the Cheltenham town centre to play a game of Hunt the houseparent!

The task - find all the boarding staff around town dressed in silly costumes🤣

We had staff dressed as a kiwi, pharaohs, animals, builders and a very cool but warm inflatable dinosaur. All of them attracted attention from the public but it was the children they were trying to stay hidden from, pupils searched around town in their groups earning points for their teams 💯 and they did a great job at finding everyone.

The trip was rounded off with a trip to the shops
Where pupils enjoyed spending some cash on sweets, drinks and toys! Some very stylish candy necklaces were rocked all the way back to school!

Well done to all the children for representing the school so well in town and a shoutout to all the
Staff for committing to the silliness of today!

Let’s finish these updates with the girls house…Fortfield! 👑

The girls have worked hard these last few weeks and have enjoyed time spent in and out of house. They have been up having fun with friends, baking for the bake off, eating yummy treats, dancing in Boarders worship and having lots of fun in house.💃🤪

Now over to the boys house Caldecote 😎

The Calde boys have had a busy week of prep and matches which brought about lots of success for our boys house. This of course means they earned a bit of down time so the boys enjoyed playing outside in football showdowns, seeing how far they can throw their crocs, baking with the lovely Matron Tracey and to round off a busy week the boys have enjoyed movie nights with extra treats 😋 they have smashed the first three weeks🤩

It’s been a while since we’ve had an update so how about three in one day?

Let’s start with Wilton! ⭐️
Wilton have had a week of tower building (6ft was the record!), sweet treats in our weekly meeting, kickball on Wednesday that really brought out our competitive side, harvest food collections, music practice and of course lots of fun and games both indoors and outdoors. 🤩

After a few days recovery (mainly for the staff) it’s time to share what we got up to over the last weekend!
After some great matches and training in Hockey and Rugby as well as settling back in so well, our brilliant boarders deserved a fun filled day of adventure, action and adrenaline as we went to Mojo active 🏃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
Pupils got the chance to:
nerf battle in the battle arena 🏟️
Aim for gold in some serious archery showdowns 🏹
Score some goals in some super fun zorb football ⚽️
Climb the trees and face their fears in the wall climb 🧗
Use their collaboration in a series of team challenges
And that is just a few of the activities we got to take part in! 💪💪
A massive thank you to the staff at Mojo for taking such good care of us.

We are backkkkk!
After a fun filled summer our brilliant boarders have returned to school with new stories, new haircuts and new tans. We are always super proud of the pupils for settling back in so well and completing their first full day.
So what's changed?
For Wilton we welcome back Miss Reily who will be taking over the RPA role after the Christmas term. Wilton have also had a new room put in called "The Elders".
For Caldcote it's a new face at the head of the ship but the same name as the new Mr Cooper takes over as well as some new younger faces in the gapper roles.
For Fortfield we welcome a new RPA and a new gapper who are looking forward to spending time with the girls.
We are looking forward to what this term and new year has in store for us and don't forget for weekly pictures, updates and stories this is the place to be .😎
