Meet one of our lovely members, Mark!

Since joining us at the end of 2025, Mark has consistently turned up to classes, put in the work, and it’s really starting to pay off.

A few days ago, he hit his first 20" box jump, alongside huge improvements in his strength, coordination and overall skills.

It’s brilliant to see what consistency can do!

Kids & Teens Class Times

With the summer holidays coming to an end, our Kids & Teens classes will be moving back to their usual times!

KIDS - Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4pm
Starting the week of 1st September.

These classes will run alongside our adult Intervals class, meaning you can train while your child trains too!

TEENS - Mondays at 5pm
There will be no Teens class during the week of 1st September. Our first Monday session will be 7th September.

Teens will train alongside our adult Engine class, so you can get your workout in at the same time!

Kids welcome at CrossFit Cheltenham

No need to find a babysitter. No need to feel guilty for taking time for yourself.

They get to see you moving, getting stronger, having fun and being part of something.

They can have a nap in their pram, play on a mat, be an assistant coach, or even join in.

Whatever works best for you, bring them along and come and train with us at CrossFit Cheltenham. ❤️

Last session for the Taylor family 😥❤️

After more than 10 years at CrossFit Cheltenham, they're off to begin an exciting new adventure in Athens.

It's been an absolute pleasure having Ben, Laura, Livvy, Frankie, and Luca as part of our community.

We wish you all the very best in Greece and can't wait to welcome you back whenever you're visiting Cheltenham ❤️

🏆 The Community Cup is back this August!

If you took part in this year's Open, now's your chance to put your fitness to the test again alongside the rest of the CrossFit community.

We'll be programming one Community Cup workout into classes each week throughout August, so if you're registered you'll be able to complete your score during class.

New for 2026, if you've improved since the Open, you can choose to compete in a higher division than the level you originally qualified for.

📝 Registration is now open on CrossFit.com.
