The hour you see in the studio is only a small part of the process. The planning, the thought, the little adjustments and the intention behind every movement all happen before my clients even walk through the door.
But the most important part of my job will always be how my clients feel when they leave.
Stronger.
More confident.
Proud of what their body can do.
I’ll never ask someone to do something I don’t believe they’re capable of. Sometimes people just need someone else to believe in them before they believe in themselves ✨

So grateful I get to create a space where people can move, grow and surprise themselves 🤍

What’s something you’ve done recently that made you realise you’re more capable than you thought?

Because one day I’ll have a bad teaching day, I’ll feel tired, or I’ll wonder if I’m doing enough… and then I’ll open this scrapbook and remember that every little moment matters
