So sorry, I thought I'd posted here not just on stories about being away!!

I'm not here this week as Im cooling off in Spain with Evie for post GCSE exam holiday!!

I hope you find somewhere to stay cool and I'll be back with the normal temperatures next week!!

This Friday I am only running the first session in Prestbury W.I. Hall as I am finally off to get this broken screw out of my foot!! (LOvely...sorry!!)

Next week is a full week of normal sessions and then I am having a sneaky week off, from June 22nd - 26th. I shall post reminders, but just wanted to give you a heads up!

My regular sessions will then run up to the end of July.

Next week I am brining the PEEEEEEEEAS, do pop along if you're freeeeeeee!

It's been a crazy hot week but with a little help from my fans and a LOT of fun with the parachute, I've had such a lovely week! Thank you everyone who popped in :)

Just a quick one to let you know that I am running my regular sessions next week from Monday (the bank holiday!) to Thursday, but NO sessions on Friday as the hall is being used by someone else.

Do feel free to pop along, older siblingsare welcome to join us! It will be the normal format, so singing first, playtime amd snacks after.

It has been a lot quieter these last couple of weeks, I'm sure some of you have been away enjoying lots of lovely sunshine...so if you're fed up of the sun now, do come along!! :D. For everyone else, THE SUNSHINE IS HERE!!

YaY.... I'm back at St Nicholas' Hall!!!

I'll be there with Charlie for our two sessions, 9.30-10.30am and11am-12pm. No need to book, just pop along if you're free and fancy a sing song and cuppa and cake!!

Morning all!

It is the LAST Thursday that I've had to stay home, we'll be back in St Nicholas' Hall NEXT WEEK..YAY!!!

I'm just doing some event planning in my little village of Gotherington and we have this amazing show for families on THIS Saturday that we still have lots of space available for, and so I wanted to share it with you all in case there is anyone with slightly older children who might like to come.

'A Noise Annoys' is suitable from 5 up and Jude is just fabulous - her show is funny and clever and poetic and it will be a really lovely afternoon.

If you want to come you can email [email protected] and let Emily know or just message me and you can pay on arrival. The Old Chapel is only a small venue so we can only really fit in 30 people which does make it a really special venue too.

It would be lovely to see you (I will be there as I dont need children to be able to get in luckily!)

As part of AIR in G (Arts in Rural Gloucestershire) The Old Chapel have a wonderful family show booked in for THIS Saturday May 9th and have spaces we'd love to fill!!

Recently nominated for Best Kids' Show at the Leicester Comedy Festival, we are SO excited to bring 'A Noise Annoys' to The Old Chapel on Saturday 9th May! Full of joyful humour and witty wordplay, Jude takes the audience on a mind-bending journey through the sounds of language and the language of sounds.

This is a really entertaining show for the whole family, and will help your children enjoy language and experiment with words, so it gets a thumbs up from English teachers too!!

Michael Rosen (former Children’s Laureate) said, “Jude is funny, sharp, emotional in her
work, and a terrific performer. She should be seen and heard wherever possible.”

Tickets are just £8 each and you can sign up by emailing [email protected] or pop into our local One Stop Gotherington Stores to sign up (please bring cash!) The Old Chapel is a small venue so do get your names down ASAP if you fancy joining us for a really special afternoon!

I've been asked to help share event info for Holy Trinity PTA... AND they'd love your donations too, so that you can do some swapping on the day!!

The 'GREAT BIG CLOTHING SWAP' is happening tomorrow but you can drop any bags of bits off today OR on the day!

It sounds like a great idea and should be a lovely day for it, so do support if you can..and want to get some new things!!

There will of course be refreshments and cake!

Just to confirm that I won't be running any Little Stars on Thursdays until May 14th as they resurface the roads all around St Nicholas' Hall. They are due to finish on May 5th but with the Hall booked for voting on the 7th it's another week I can't do unfortunately! Sorry!!

Luckily, I run 9 other sessions across the other days so if you can make it to any other session do please pop along! No need to book and it's just £8 per family (cash or card/contactless).

If you haven't been before and are just seeing this, it's not just about the cake...we do start the session with some nursery rhymes/action songs with lots of fun props that everyone gets to have and then there's instruments too.... but the playtime after with homemade yummies and drinks seems to get all the attention 😉

If you're coming on Friday there will be lots more Coconut Paradise Slice, Jammy Coconut sponge, Australian Crunch, Lemon Drizzle AND flapjacks (which have surprisingly been the most popular of them all!)

I hear you've been having some gorgeous weather back home!!!! Luckily we have also enjoyed some sunshine...alongside the hail and showers and gale force winds!!! 😀 We have had a wonderful holiday though and today we have the long trek home.. avoiding road blockades outside Dublin and getting across the 'choppy' Irish sea - wish me luck!

ROAD RESURFACING - NO THURSDAYS until May 14th!
(SOOOO sorry!!!)

Back to business from Monday 13th at Woodmancote Hall, however I received news over the holidays that Highways are finally resurfacing the roads around St Nicholas' Hall, starting Monday 13th April, so it won't be possible to access the hall until they've finished. Unfortunately this runs up 7th May when the Hall is then used for voting so I won't be back in St Nicholas' Hall until Thursday May 14th.

I will be sure to remind you weekly of these changes and hopefully you can pop along another day, there's no need to book and so you're welcome to come to any other session.

I'm squeezing in just two days of Little Stars before I take a break for Easter, I'm also squeezing everything into the car as my van is at the garage - wish me luck (and wish my van luck too!!)
