It’s been a year since Haremi moved into our new office at Hub8 MX in central Cheltenham. The MX is a fantastic site that combines our dedicated Haremi office with other meeting and events spaces, overlooking the greenery of Minster Gardens.
One of our core company values is ‘Achieving Together’ and over the past year our office has seen some great teamwork between Haremi’s partner employees, as well as welcoming several new team members. It’s become a place where our project teams work together and our employee-owned culture continues to thrive. In the recent heatwave, its energy-efficient air conditioning (the building generates its own power with a solar array) was a particular highlight!
We’re also looking ahead to new opportunities and collaborations. If you’re planning a project for September onwards, we’d love to hear what you’re working on and to explore how we can support you.

In June, we celebrated Pride Month! Our wonderful Haremi partners sent in photos of themselves wearing different colours and/or some of their favourite things - the result is this beautiful rainbow collage. We also raised money for Gayglos (https://www.gayglos.org/) who provide support services for Gloucestershire's LGBTQ+ community.
How did you celebrate Pride Month?

Haremi was chosen to develop 'Effective Pedagogy', the first self-led online course for teachers on the Royal Society of Chemistry's new professional development learning platform. Launching soon, the course offers new insights to refine chemistry teaching practice and improve learners’ outcomes.
We developed eight RSC-branded learning modules that were xAPI-compliant and integrated then into the chosen learning platform. We thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with the RSC Education team on this project and look forward to partnering with them on more courses in the future.

Throughout 2025, we're celebrating the five key values that define Haremi. Our values were chosen by our fantastic team of partner employees, so they truly reflect who we are and what we believe in.
Throughout May we’ve celebrated being “Reliably Excellent”. This value is all about delivering the best solution, every time, for everyone. We thrive on a challenge and continuously innovate to provide the best outcomes for our customers. By developing best practice, creatively using resources and adding value to the learning materials we produce, we make sure every project we complete is of the very highest quality.
Over the past few weeks, we've taken part in team activities, completed training sessions, held a themed visual arts competition, recognised our colleagues’ achievements – and we all contributed to the thoroughly excellent team portrait below, in a five-minute Teams whiteboard challenge!
We’d love to hear from our customers, suppliers and freelancers too. What does “Reliably Excellent” mean for you?
