Sigute Barniskyte-Kidd IYENGAR yoga Iyeangar yoga teacher Sigute Barniskyte-Kidd is a fully certified, registered and insured teacher of the Iyengar Yoga Association (UK).

She started practising yoga in 1997 in Lithuania, and in 2013 qualified as an Iyengar Yoga Introductory Level 2 teacher in UK. Sigute holds Junior Intermediate Certificate.Yoga is an inseparable part of Sigute’s life, and she finds the Iyengar method the most accurate, precise and in-depth way for yoga practice and study, including yoga phylosophy and spirituality. She aims to share her understanding and experience of yoga with her students, and has found yoga to be instrumental in treatment of physical and pshychological problems.A member of the Iyengar Yoga Association (UK) Communications and Public Relations Committee, Sigute was also a design editor of the IY(UK) magazine for several years.
