With Fathers Day coming up, I wanted to share something a little different.
Many of us have very difficult relationships with our fathers, if we have any relationship at all. And Fathers Day can stir up complicated emotions for us.
Learning to be mindful is also about learning to let go of relationships that don’t serve us. Which might also include relationships with family members.
So ask yourself, am I continuing a relationship with this person out of a sense of duty?
And how can I set boundaries with them to ensure my wellbeing stays in tact?
