This coming weekend (5-7th) British Aerobatics are hosting their aerobatic competition ‘Aerofest’ at Sleap. Weather depending they will be operating Fri, Sat and potentially Sunday from 9am- 6pm. During this time you may notice an increase in aircraft traffic within our ATZ and aircraft noise while the pilots demonstrate and compete their skills.

The airfield will be open to the public all weekend if you wish to come down and watch, but please know this isn’t an airshow and flying will only go ahead under adequate weather conditions so we can not promise there will be activity to watch.

✈️ For all fly-in visitors we are still open as normal for aircraft traffic but please be aware there will be some differing joining procedures upon arrival due to the overhead aerobatics.
