Most clients who come to me wonder why they still feel emotional, anxious, anti-social or even depressed months after their treatment has finished.

Only few people realise that the emotional impact of a cancer diagnosis and treatment only kicks in 6 to 12 months after their treatment has ended.

The moment you (and people around you) assume you should be loving life, turns out to be the hardest emotionally.

Emotional coaching, straight after your treatment ends, will prepare and provide you with the correct techniques and exercises to help you deal with your emotions when needed.
