Nathan Hall smashed it today, completing his safeguarding course with Community Sports Foundation CIC, adding another recognised qualification to his growing toolkit of community impact skills.

We’re proud to support people like Nathan to build confidence, grow independence, and earn qualifications that open doors both on and off the pitch. This is exactly what our programmes are about: empowering local people to step up, lead, and make a difference.

Huge well done, Nathan onwards and upwards.

We’re proud to announce that Luke Duncalf and Nathan Hall have officially signed on as volunteer directors for Community Sports Foundation CIC.

Luke first came to us as a participant with dyslexia, found confidence through our football sessions, and is now stepping into leadership to help shape the future of our programmes.

Nathan joins us from supported living, bringing lived‑experience insight that strengthens our governance and keeps us truly community‑led.

Their voices matter, and their leadership shows exactly what our CIC stands for, which is empowering the people we serve to help guide the organisation.

This is what a community powered organisation looks like.

But we’re not done yet.

To unlock major grants and grow our inclusive football and multisport programmes across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, we still need one more volunteer director.

Someone community‑minded, supportive, and ready to help us take the next step.

If you believe in community leadership, inclusion, and sport changing lives, we’d love to hear from you.

Message us to get involved.
