LKB SATURDAY MORNING WALK - 25th July 2026
We will be walking this Saturday (tomorrow)at 7:30am. Nice and early when it’s a little cooler 😎👌🏼
A beautiful walk round our South Woodham river. It takes 1 hour.
A free walking group. All welcome. (Just must be able to walk for one hour)
Meet at the river at the end of Marsh Farm Road CM3 5WP for 7:30.

Can we please make time for the Grab & Go snack door! 😄 It’s school holidays and I feel this is going to work well - please feel free to share 🙏🏼
Now ☝️ I think this is a game changer for helping to stay on track! The snacks are there for all of us in the house so encourage healthier snacks. Here’s what I have put in the door this week…
🔺Washed fruit at the top…. Nectarines and kiwis
🔺Boiled eggs - all cooked ready to eat
🔺Ready cooked chicken sausages
🔺Houmous (for the veggies - I need to distribute into mini pots to make it even easier plus portion control👌🏼)
🔺Ready made berry pots (strawberries & blueberries)
🔺Rocky chocolate bar and two finger Kit Kats
🔺Pouch yogurts
🔺Grapes
🔺Chopped and washed Carrots
🔺Babybel lights
