Today is our charity trustee meeting.
It is a formal gathering where the people in charge (the trustees) come together to make key decisions about the charity's future, finances, and legal compliance.

Unlike day-to-day staff meetings, these focus on high-level governance and ensuring the charity stays true to its mission.

We are very lucky to have five fantastic dedicated Trustees
Sarah, Sheryl, Arti, Dave and I who will all meet in a centre.

🥞 It’s Shrove Tuesday!

Ever wondered why we eat pancakes on this day? It’s not just about the syrup and lemon juice; there’s a fascinating tradition behind it!

Shrove Tuesday marks the day before Lent begins, and historically, people used up rich ingredients like eggs, milk and sugar before the fasting period. Pancakes were the perfect way to do that!

So, how do you like your pancakes, classic lemon and sugar, or something a little more adventurous? Share your favourite toppings in the comments!
