Did somebody say cake? 😋

We are getting ready for our annual coffee morning in support of Macmillan Cancer Support – so join us for cake on Friday 25 September!

This much-loved event is a wonderful opportunity for our school community to come together, enjoy cake and a cuppa, and raise money for a fantastic cause.

We’d be very grateful for donations of cakes and biscuits, which can be brought into school on Thursday 24 or Friday 25 September.

Please remember we are a nut free school, so all donations must be free from nuts.

Last term, the whole school went to the Foundation UK Chatham Green site as part of our ‘Wonderful World’ topic learning.

Our pupils had a wonderful time engaging with nature and discovering six unique learning areas:

🌳 Nature Walk
🌱 All About Plants
🦢 Pond Dipping

Our World-Cup themed Sponsored Walk kicks off on 26 June. ⚽

As part of our fundraiser for outdoor play equipment, we are inviting you to participate in a sponsored walk, inspired by the FIFA World Cup! 🏆

We are hoping for goal-den weather and un-ball-ievable sunshine so pupils should come in a football kit or comfortable sports clothes.

Make sure to bring a water bottle and a hat to stay cool! 🕶️

Can you believe it’s already been a month since our Art Day? 😲

It feels like just yesterday that our pupils put on their aprons, picked up their paintbrushes and created some fabulous artwork for the event, inspired by Henry Rousseau. 🎨

Thank you to our amazing Friends of Infant Perryfields School (FIPS) team for all of your support with fundraising! 🤝

This term, FIPS has raised a total of £962.64 from our Mother’s Day gifts, Easter Raffle and Disco, which will go towards buying new play equipment for our pupils to enjoy.

We want to also thank all our parents and carers for your generous donations on Red Nose Day for Comic Relief. We raised £99 for charity, and your children had lots of fun wearing their Red Noses! 🔴
