Meet Cheryl Allen
Trainer & Development Manager

Cheryl Allen is an experienced Trainer and Development Manager with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, practical training that builds confidence, competence and life-saving skills.

With a passion for education and professional development, Cheryl delivers a comprehensive range of specialist training programmes, including First Aid, CPR and AED use, Paediatric First Aid, Medication Training and Mini Medics.

Cheryl’s approach to training is practical, engaging and learner-focused. She believes that effective training should not only provide knowledge, but also give participants the confidence to apply their skills calmly and effectively when they are needed most.

Through realistic scenarios, hands-on practice and clear, accessible instruction, Cheryl creates a supportive learning environment where individuals feel empowered to ask questions, develop their abilities and leave training feeling prepared.

Whether supporting professionals in the workplace, childcare settings or introducing younger learners to essential first aid skills through Mini Medics, Cheryl brings expertise, enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to making a difference.

Cheryl’s goal is simple: to ensure every learner leaves with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to respond when it matters most.

Meet Your Trainer – Andy Moyo

We are pleased to introduce you to Andy Moyo, an experienced Health and Safety Trainer dedicated to helping organisations and individuals develop the knowledge, skills and confidence required to maintain safe working environments.

Andy delivers engaging and practical training across key areas of workplace safety, including Health and Safety, Fire Safety, and Manual Handling. His approach combines professional knowledge with real-world examples, ensuring that training is both informative and relevant to everyday working practices.

Throughout the training, Andy encourages participation, discussion and questions, creating an approachable learning environment where everyone can develop a clear understanding of their responsibilities and how to apply safe working practices effectively.

Whether you are developing your knowledge of workplace health and safety, learning how to respond effectively in the event of a fire, or improving your approach to safe manual handling, Andy's sessions are designed to provide practical guidance that can be applied confidently in the workplace.

Thank you to everyone who came to our SEN Fun Day at Colchester United Football Club on Sunday 30th August. It was a great day and we hope you all enjoyed it.
