Happy half term everyone! ππ»
Itβs been a very different half term for me and I have absolutely loved it β€οΈ
Wonderful students, supportive parents, happy smiley faces every week, big boosts in confidence for the students and lots of progress made. Itβs been a blast and itβs nice to be approaching the half term break without being wiped out like usual.
I hope you all have a fantastic half term and enjoy some spooky fun next week ππ»π

First week of the new school year done!
For me it has been a big and exciting change - no new class, no inset day training and no overwhelming (and sometimes bewildering) expectations to worry about.
Instead, it has been a pleasure to see my lovely students this week - some old and some new. All wonderfully unique and ready to learn in a way that suits them.
I am excited for the academic year ahead and all the creativity that I will be able to use to ensure all my students are confident, supported and able to reach their potential. All the best bits of teaching basically!
Have a great weekend - hope it is nice and relaxing for you all π

Just like that, the summer is over and normal life resumes!
This can be a tough time of year for children transitioning into a new year group. Hiring a tutor can be so much more than just academics. The 1-2-1 time will boost confidence, resilience and have your child ready to face all the new challenges coming their way. Confident and supported children make great progress as they are ready to learn and reach their full potential.
Please get in touch if your child would benefit from my support this year - I would love to help.

Hi and welcome to my page.
My name is Karli and I am a highly experienced primary school teacher turned tutor. I have been teaching for 14 years and am passionate about helping every child reach their full potential. My lessons are fun, engaging and tailored to each child's needs ensuring that they get the maximum out of the time we spend together.
As well as extensive experience in the classroom, I have spent the last year working as a tutor supporting children with SEND. This experience has been so rewarding that I have decided to leave my classroom and establish myself as a full time tutor.
Lessons take place from my home in Springfield, Chelmsford and I also offer online tuition for those who live further away or just prefer the convenience of logging on from home.
I have an enhanced DBS and am registered on the update service.
When I am not tutoring, I am mum to 2 dance mad girls, spend a lot of time caring for our 2 guinea pigs and am an avid reader.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask :-)
Karli.
