We are doing a mindfulness/ well being week at Beaulieu Breakfast club this week. So far we have done paperchains, with each person writing, "what I love about myself ". Friendship recipe activity. Mindfulness colouring in sheets.Football players and their approach to this, quotes and ideas and then the children could write their own or copy ones.
This has been a really lovely week so far.
