We did giant painting today in the tuff tray in the Nest today. We used cars, rollers, paint rollers and stampers to create marks.
Some of the children then asked if they could make their own individual painting, so of course, we obliged and sorted that for the children.😁

Year 1 had a fantastic WOW day based on our castles topic. Parents came in to help create some brilliant junk model castles with all the features of real castles. We also created our own Coat of Arms and ended the day having a go at archery. A great day was had by all!

We had lots of fun in Treetops this morning exploring how different materials react when they are mixed together. We found out that yeast makes our dough grow bigger, how to make a bubbling volcano and that washing up liquid pushes fat away. We also found out how Mrs Day reacts when she splashes green food colouring over herself!!!!

We used warm water, vinegar, salt and tools to break/melt the ice. To Ethan’s delight all the dinosaurs were rescued. 😁
