‼️ Important Information for the Fireworks event tonight ‼️
Fireworks Evening Further Information
We want everyone attending this evenings event to have a wonderful time, please read the email below carefully for important information.
Getting here: Please come on foot where possible as there will be no on-site parking available, except for blue badge holders.
We have requested for the Gloucester Avenue/Moulsham Lodge public footpath gate to be left unlocked for pedestrians.
Tickets: Please have your ticket email available to view at the gate. We need to see the original ticket email, not a copy of this one. Print outs are also welcome.
Access: Entry to the event will be through the school car park, please form an orderly queue as we expect it will be busy when the gates open.
Timings: Gates open at 6pm, display starts at 7.45pm and the event finishes at 8.45pm. Please leave promptly.
Children: Please note children will not be allowed to enter the site without an adult present. Parents and carers are responsible for supervising their own children at all times.
Food and drink: We have event catering from several local vendors, including Rok Kitchen, Hopleaf, Bar group, the Drinks Lady & Candy Man. Please bring cash for some vendors.
Entertainment: We have a number of rides from Island Inflatables and a glitter bar, please note these are not included in the ticket price.
Your welfare: Toilets will be located on the site and first aiders are also available please be aware the event is being held on a school field and dress appropriately for the weather and underfoot conditions.
Torch: Please bring a torch as the centre of the field can get dark. 🔦
Sparklers: Sparklers are not allowed at this event, please do not bring them.
Seating: There will be no seating at the event, please feel free to bring a camping chair, if you would like to enjoy the display while seated.
As this is a school event, for the safety and wellbeing of all those on site, we ask that you refrain from smoking or va**ng at the event.
Finally have fun, this is an event for the community run by volunteers, and the school to enjoy, we hope you have a wonderful evening.
Profits from this event go back to the school community, if you would like to learn more and have a child whom attends the school please attend our AGM on 21st November at 7pm in the Enhanced Provision Building.
