As part of our 'Caring for the Environment' termly theme, we spent some time in the grounds of Westlands school litter picking.

The children used litter pickers and gloves, and we collected up as much rubbish as we could. As you can see, we managed to find quite a lot! It was interesting to see that most of what we picked up were packets from sweet treats and crisp packets.

At the Nourishing Our Future: Essex conference, we were very lucky to win the Zebedees prize draw., and just look at this amazing prize!

We all love the dinner set with it's beautiful design, it will be a great addition to our setting.

We also won a set of books, flash cards and vitamin drops from Charlotte Stirling Reed

The books have inspired us to set up a lending library for our families, and these books will be able to be borrowed and used by our families 😊

Let's Get Growing event with the Chelmsford City Park Rangers!🌱
