Heather is a Drama & LAMDA tutor at The Drama Centre, a Diploma-qualified performer with over 10 years of stage experience — and she’s part of our incredible teaching team for Step Into The Spotlight Summer Workshop.

She’s passionate about building confidence through drama and public speaking, and has spent years helping children and young people (6–18) find their voice, on stage and off.

Fun fact: alongside theatre, Heather has recently started working in screen acting too! 🎬

Not many dance students can say they’ve learned from ballroom legends... 💃🏻🕺🏽

Our dancers had the incredible opportunity to spend three hours learning from Vincent Simone and Victoria Martin , exploring the Rumba, Foxtrot and Argentine Tango.

What made the day so special wasn’t just the dancing, It was the time that they took to connect with every student, answer their questions, share stories from their careers and inspire the next generation of JD dancers.

Join us this August for a fun-filled 2-Day Dance & Performance Experience, designed to help children build confidence, develop new skills, make friendships and create memories they’ll never forget.

We’re delighted to be collaborating with The Drama Centre to bring an exciting drama and performance element to the workshop, helping children develop their creativity, stage presence and performance skills ahead of our live showcase.

From explosive Cha Cha Cha routines 🔥 to high-energy Samba sessions ✨, our dancers pushed themselves out of their comfort zones, learned from one of the industry’s best and created memories they’ll never forget.

One of the most inspiring parts of the day was sitting down for a special Q&A session with Nikita, hearing all about his journey, challenges, career highlights and the dreams that helped shape his success 🤍
