SHOCK I know …. But we’re not !!
Our bodies work SO differently
We respond more to stress , have raging hormones, and can’t withstand the same training intensity’s 24/7
Once you learn this - it helps view your fitness journey so differently
It’s not about excuses ( those that train with me know we dont make those 😉🤣)
But it’s about genuine understanding of how different our bodies are in regards to fitness journeys !
Some days you’re super women … other days you’re sleepy woman.. both are okay 😎🤣

It’s been a WHILE since I’ve done one of these & theres lots of new gorgeous faces here
So I thought I’d fill you in a lil bit on how I got here - as it wasn’t the path I thought I’d originally take ( fun fact - I wanted to be a vet 🤣)
