Providing education technology and specialist expertise to primary and secondary schools and MATs.

We are delighted to support Hampton Lakes Primary School by sponsoring their new sports kits.

It's wonderful to see them already being put to good use by the netball team, with plenty of opportunities ahead for pupils to wear them across events like dodgeball, cross‑country and so much more.

At Juniper, we believe that sport plays an important role in helping children grow in confidence, stay active and feel part of something bigger. Seeing schools strengthen those opportunities for their pupils is exactly why we choose to invest in projects like this.

Wishing every team at Hampton Lakes the very best for the season ahead. We can't wait to see what you achieve in your new kits.

Today we want to say a heartfelt thank you to two much valued colleagues, Nicki Harris and Richard Balls, who will soon begin their well deserved retirement.

Together they have contributed more than seventy years to education HR, supporting schools and leaders across Essex and beyond. Their knowledge, dedication and steady guidance have shaped our service and made a real difference to the education community.

Nicki has been a driving force behind our HR policy work since joining us. Her expertise in employment law, safeguarding, pay and conditions and compliance has supported both colleagues and school leaders, and her national work has earned widespread respect.

Richard has been a trusted source of calm, practical advice since 1984. His support with staffing matters, casework and leadership development has helped countless managers navigate challenging situations with confidence.

We are grateful for their professionalism, patience, generosity and of course Nicki’s cakes and Richard’s poetry and humour. Their legacy will be felt for many years.

Nicki and Richard, thank you for everything and we wish you both a happy next chapter.

The Learning Academy Partnership has transformed the way its teams work by collaborating with Juniper to bring greater consistency to processes and giving leaders clearer, more timely insight across every school.

This case study explores how we worked with LAP to:
• Build a unified approach that supports collaboration across all settings
• Improve the accuracy and visibility of performance data
• Reduce manual workload so staff can focus on pupils
• Gain stronger insight to support decision making and sustainable growth

It's a powerful example of how aligned systems can free leaders to prioritise teaching and learning rather than administration.

The Teacher Wellbeing Index reveals a stark reality in schools - 76% of all staff are stressed, with nearly half saying their school's culture negatively affects their mental health.

So, how do we work towards improving the school environment? It starts with a whole-school approach to mental health and wellbeing.

We've put together some strategies to support staff wellbeing in your school.

This National Apprenticeship Week, we’re shining a light on the incredible contribution apprentices make, and today, we’re celebrating our brilliant IT Apprentice, Cerys.

Since joining us, Cerys has become an essential part of our IT team. She’s grown in confidence, strengthened her communication skills, and embraced new technologies with real enthusiasm.

One standout moment has been her work redeveloping and launching our internal IT ticketing helpdesk, a project that’s already made a huge difference to how we support colleagues across the organisation.

Her apprenticeship journey shows exactly why this pathway is so valuable; learning on the job, building practical skills, and making a meaningful impact from day one.

In her own words, "an apprenticeship gives you the chance to gain hands‑on experience while learning new knowledge at the same time", and for anyone unsure about their next step, she “100% recommends it”.

We’re incredibly proud of everything Cerys has achieved so far, and we can’t wait to see her grow and develop further.

Looking back at our time at Bett UK 2026 last month, one of the real highlights was having Drawnalism Ltd on our stand bringing school improvement plans to life.

Their live, personalised illustrations transformed priorities, challenges and ambitions into clear, shareable stories and sparked some fantastic conversations with school leaders throughout the event.

We loved seeing how visual thinking helped to:
• Create clarity around improvement priorities
• Make complex plans easier to communicate
• Bring people together around a shared direction for improvement

Paired with JoinUp, our free, centralised platform connecting people, systems and services, it was a powerful reminder that when insight is connected and ideas are made visible, improvement feels far more achievable.

A big thank you to Drawnalism for joining us on our stand!
