Most young people don’t lack ability…
they lack the right environment to grow.
That’s why I use my method:
CFER
Connect. Focus. Engage. Reflect.
🔹 Connect – build trust first (nothing works without it)
🔹 Focus – remove overwhelm, keep it simple
🔹 Engage – movement + real action, not just talking
🔹 Reflect – build confidence through awareness
Since applying this, I’ve seen:
✔️ Confidence go through the roof
✔️ Engagement levels completely change
✔️ Young people start believing in themselves again
