A little reintroduction…

Hi, I’m Alex 👋 and if you’re new here, welcome!

I’m a former primary school teacher turned business owner, franchisor and mum of two.

I’m the founder of Phonics with Robot Reg, a business I started after leaving teaching and wanting to create something that worked around family life - not the other way around.

What started as an idea has grown into a nationwide franchise network, helping other people build flexible businesses of their own.

Along the way, I’ve also grown other businesses, made plenty of mistakes, learnt A LOT, and discovered that there really is life beyond the classroom.
