More photos from our AMAZING foraging walk this weekend! I have so much gratitude for everyone who came to enjoy nature and learn about some local edible/medicinal plants!

Some of the plants we identified were cleavers (plus a sample of my cleavers tonic beverage), ground ivy, sweet cicely, plantain leaf, wild garlic, spicebush, wild lettuce, yarrow, honeysuckle, autumn olive, paw paw, silk tree, and more!

Stay tuned for our next walk๐Ÿ’š

Elderberry Empress๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŒฟ

Look at my babies๐Ÿฅฐ DMV pickup available now! This is the Nova variety- my favorite! They produce HUGE, juicy clusters- perfect for making syrups and jams.

Harvest the fragrant elderflowers in the spring to make fun recipes like elderflower lemon infused gin โœจ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

I have a limited amount so reach out to grab yours! I also have a very limited stock of Nanking cherries ๐Ÿ’- super prolific and yummy ๐Ÿ˜‹
