Could everyone that has booked for tomorrows class please confirm they have seen earliers post

I will give an update tomorrow but it’s not looking like I can teach until my shoulder heals

I trapped a nerve in my shoulder at the gym yesterday been unable to move. It’s a little bit looser today, but I don’t think I’m going to be able to teach, I will see how it is tomorrow. I can then refund class money ornwe can reschedule your spot.

So annoying!

I’ve had too many last minute cancellations this afternoon, anyone that booked will automatically have a space in the next class

I think until they are busy enough they will be running every 2 weeks
