We’re delighted to announce the riders selected for the British Showjumping National Development Squad 🎉

Following a robust selection process, riders were chosen based on performance, potential and their commitment to development, both on and off the horse. Being selected for the programme is a fantastic achievement and reflects the hard work and dedication shown by each rider.

The squad got their programme underway last week, with the first camp taking place at the British Showjumping National Training Centre, marking an exciting start to the season ahead. We look forward to supporting the riders as they continue their development throughout the programme.

We are well into mock exam preparation and our students are working hard.

We offer affordable small group sessions supported by our own A level students ensuring that everyone receives a 1-2-1 tutoring lesson.

I am a teacher with over 20 years experience and have helped hundreds of students reach their potential. I work alongside my team of similarly talented and motivated teachers, as well as some of our own A-level students who choose to support our younger students even after their own exams are finished.

✏️ Our son began homeschooling with Kayleigh in Years 10 and 11. He has challenges with concentration and learning differences, and Kayleigh instinctively knew how to get the best out of him. When his focus drifted, she’d send him for a quick 5 or 10 minute reset in her garage gym next door, a simple approach that worked wonders. She struck the perfect balance of being firm but fair, and both of our children respected her enormously for that. They always felt safe, understood, and nurtured ❤️

❤️ When our son was struggling with his mental wellbeing and self-esteem, mainly as a result of school trauma and 'not-fitting' into mainstream education, we found Kayleigh of Smarts Tuition. From the moment I first met her to discuss our son's needs and his provision, she had a 'can-do' and ' think outside the box' attitude. Her home environment, love of animals, gorgeous dogs and interest in countryside sports immediately meant our son felt safe and valued with her. He spent three years attending lessons, pitched at his level, able to come and go as needed, building relationships with peers in a similar situation as well as those who were at Kayleigh's for very different reasons. He came out with passes in all the GCSEs he took, including some really good results in English.
