Stretch-n-Grow .The Children's Health & Fitness Programme. The programme follows a structured format, we teach weekly classes in educational settings.

Stretch-n-Grow is a pre- school exercise programme for children from the age of 18 months up to 7 years. The programme links to ‘The Early Years Foundation stage. The children not only exercise but they learn about the importance of exercise. Stretch-n-Grow is a franchise business with franchise opportunities available nationwide.
