🌿🐑 A Special Day Out🐑🌿
At Little Peeps, we love creating opportunities for children to learn, explore and make special memories beyond the nursery environment 💚
Recently, our older preschool children enjoyed a no-cost trip to a small, family-run farm in Marple Bridge. It was a wonderful opportunity for the children to experience something a little different.
During the visit, the children were able to learn about and observe the animals, developing their understanding of the world around them. They also had plenty of opportunities to be active, helping them to develop and express their physical skills, confidence and independence. 🐐🐓🌳
As a small, independent nursery, larger trips like this aren't always something we can offer regularly.
However, we believe that meaningful experiences are an important part of children's learning, and we always do our best to create these opportunities whenever we can, via local community outings or in this case a larger scale trip 🚐.
Well done to our preschool children for making the day so special, even in the warm weather ☀️, the ice lollies certainly went down well🍧
