60 years of friendship! ✨

Old Waconians Dave Howard, Steve Dawber, and Paul Simmonds (Class of 1965) reconnected over the summer to celebrate six decades of history. For Dave and Paul, it was their first meeting in 60 years, the last time they were in the same room, England hadn't even won the World Cup! 🏆 The trio spent a fantastic afternoon reminiscing over old form photos and O-Level newspaper clippings.

Now all proud grandfathers, they send their very best to the rest of the Class of '65!

Stockport 10k completed! ✅🏃‍♂️📣

We were thrilled to sponsor and host Mile 6 at the Stockport 10k this weekend. A massive thank you to all our runners and volunteers who took the time to represent Cheadle Hulme School so brilliantly.

It was a brilliant day full of smiles and fantastic community spirit. It was especially wonderful to see so many Old Waconians tackling the course and popping over to say hello! 💚

We were very touched to receive this from a fellow Old Waconian who attended the funeral of Alex Hughes, Class of 2006 last week.

To celebrate his life, his family has set up a JustGiving page in Alex's memory, and we wanted to share it with our Old Waconian community.

Our thoughts remain with Alex's family and friends at this difficult time.
