WHO IS OUR LITTLE DRAGONZ CLASS FOR?

Our Little Dragonz Programme is a perfect introduction to martial arts for 3-6 year olds!

This class isn’t about teaching little kids how to be violent, in fact it’s the complete opposite.

Every class works on:

• Focus - so they can listen, follow instructions and concentrate both in class and beyond.

• Control - so they understand their bodies and their strength.

• Co-ordination - developing the balance and motor skills that carry into everything from sports to everyday play.

• Social Skills - learning to work with others, take turns, how to “lose” when playing games and building confidence around their peers.

Just as importantly, we teach them when NOT to use what they’ve learnt. Learning discipline and self-restraint as well as raising confident kids is at the heart of everything we do!

Our Saturday class has become so popular that it’s officially full and we now have a waiting list.
If you’ve been on the fence about signing your little one up, now is the time. If our Waiting List keeps growing the way it is, we will look at adding a second Saturday class to make room for everyone.
