Hi all! 🫶🏼 This Sunday I’m running the first free session of something new I’ve set up called Know Your Ground. It’s a women’s self-defence and know-your-rights training. Open to anyone locally, no experience needed.

With the dark, winter nights drawing in, I wanted to put on something genuinely useful: an hour of practical self-defence basics.

A little about me - I am a 3rd dan black belt, former world kickboxing champion, 22 years in martial arts (including kickboxing, mixed martial arts & Jiu Jitsu) with a background in law. This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and I’d love as many local women as possible to come along.

📍 Lavington Avenue, Cheadle
🕐 Sunday 20th Sep - 11am
🩷 Ladies Only (14+)

Spaces are limited, so message me or drop a comment to grab one. Completely free - bring a friend if you’d like.
