If you’ve been to my class, you’ll probably know, that I’m a little bit country and a little bit rock n roll. So was Dolly.

Absolutely gutted that a heroine of mine has died. She was a true liberal badass. Vaccines. Literacy across the world. LGBT ally. With emphasis on the T there too. Never mind the fact she was a truly exceptional musician and song writer.

Looking forward to Firevolt this year, especially as I get to instruct a RockFit class on Friday morning!

Class is £6 as usual, and you have to have a valid Friday or long weekend ticket to attend.
