Join me this Saturday
Walks start at 10:00 am.
We meet outside Twydall Library
1 hour of unplugging from the norm, this is a walk for women going through perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause.

We know these are not easy life stages to navigate, and we all need understanding and time out.

A 1-hour walk on your doorstep could support you with your sleep, and help with relaxing and being outdoors is a great free way to support mental well-being.

This event is for all women living or working within Medway
Part of 'Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Medway.'

Booking is essential, and this is a free community activity. Funded by NCLF.
