Catkins Pre-School Term time care for children aged 2 and over, sessions available for funded children We are open term times, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.

We are a sessional Pre-School that runs for 38 weeks a year and operates from a community hall with a secure outside play area located in the suburban area of Walderslade. We have an excellent team of caring and committed staff that all hold a current Childcare Qualification Level 3 or above, DBS training and a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate. At our most recent Ofsted inspection in April 2023 we were graded as good and you can view the full report here https://reports.ofsted.gov.uk/provider/16/2711650

At Catkins we recognise parents as the first and most important educators of their young children. We aim to support parents and are very keen that you should feel part of Catkins Pre-School. We offered government funded places to children, to check your eligibility please visit the following website https://www.gov.uk/free-early-education
